I cannot recommend Isabel enough. I was made to feel at ease immediately. Her studio is warm, clean, calming and peaceful. A lovely setting. Isabel was friendly, confident and evidently a very competent practitioner. I came away practically floating after the hour pregnancy massage. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much, it was the most relaxed I’ve felt throughout my whole pregnancy so far.

Isabel was welcoming and friendly and the space she uses for the massage in her home was comfortable clean and warm. The massage was relaxing with Isabel finding points of tension and working gently on those. Will definitely be returning and would recommend

Graduated in Brazil, Isabel has worked in a wide range of postural clinics, including Physical activity in the workplace, physical activity for special needs and supporting seniors and children. Experienced with musculo-skeletal conditions , lymphatic drainage, wellbeing , holistic therapies and were always her main expertise. Her vast experience provides a broader understanding and appreciation of the body's systems as a whole and target the best solution to a balanced life.
