Had to wait half an hour for my booked appointment. Management here really need to manage the booking system as staff were obviously stressed and over worked. Shame as it used to be a good salon.

Badly done shellac manicure, rude service asking me to “hurry up” when deciding on the nails. Asked for little dots on the nails and wasn’t informed of the additional cost, was asked to pay more afterwards.
