I had an average experience at the salon and unfortunately won't be coming back. I called the salon before my appointment telling them I had 4 nails which had a bit of shellac on them (mostly chipped off), they said they typically charge 5 pounds for shellac removal but they would see on the spot. When I was at the salon, they said they would charge me 5 pounds for the removal as a discount because they usually charge 7 pounds. Most salons in the area would have not charged for those 4 nails.

I did mention my lower back was my main area of concern and it was the area that was paid the least attention. That’s the only criticism. The facilities are clean and it smells lovely. Very calm and reassuring service.
