Nokie my facial therapist was lovely and professional. She understood my facial condition of melasma and provided advice regarding Environ products to treat this condition. She was kind and empathetic and was informative throughout the procedure to ensure I was never uncomfortable.

It was not too easy to find the place. Just threading took about 20-25 mins. I have never had such a long threading session. It was more painful than I had expected, although the result was very good.
