I had an appointment but despite this had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. If I wasn't in need of the manicure for an event the following day I would have left. There was barely any apology and no offer to discount the treatment. Second time I have had long delays in there.
The Manicurist was lovely though and did a decent job. However she had no control over the bookings.

Staff spoke to each other in their own languages and were unfriendly. Constant mix ups about booking, customer names and the treatments they had booked which was a little confrontational at time. The technician was really rough when clipping my cuticles and I left with four fingers bleeding. Would not return. I would expect this kind of service at a lower end salon but cutting customers is unforgivable.
