I had an appointment but despite this had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. If I wasn't in need of the manicure for an event the following day I would have left. There was barely any apology and no offer to discount the treatment. Second time I have had long delays in there. The Manicurist was lovely though and did a decent job. However she had no control over the bookings.
