Couldn't be worse. Booked the night before - when I arrived really rude man told me off for booking via Treatwell saying that he hadn't had time to check the appointments. Treated me like something that he had to scrape off his shoe. Was told I was going to have to wait - I was so disgusted and uncomfortable with the experience that I left (even though I had pre-paid). Wish I had read the reviews before booking. I phoned Treatwell and they were great - even called the salon (who then phoned me up to apologize). Too little to late I am afraid. Despite being at the end of my street I will never ever go there again. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

The venue cancelled my booking after I booked and paid via Treatwell. Treatwell customer service was outstanding and made my appointment was upheld and even searched for alternatives. Though the staff were friendly, they were disorganised, there was no apology and the skin on my left eyebrow after threading had been nicked. the sides of my eyebrows were also uneven - would not go again
Very good manicure! So many choices of colour, would definitely go again.
