Really attentive and skilled staff. I showed a picture of what i wanted and was given exactly the same. A few nails got smudged but they repainted as soon as I requested.

The massage was divine. If this was a review for the masseuse, I'd give her a 5: in 15 minutes, Nokie erased weeks of knots caused by planes, trains, and automobiles. It was painful but it was wonderful. She is lovely. The staff of the salon, however, was disappointing and scatterbrained. Not only did they call me to reschedule the appointment I'd booked online, but they then called me after I left the salon to ask why I had left without paying...for the massage...which I'd paid for online. I will not be returning (which is a shame because £15 for 15 minutes is brilliant).

I had an opi pedicure and an express manicure. They were both ok, especially the manicure. Only issue being a bit the organisation as the therapists changed a couple of times during the treatments - potentially overbooked. Staff were friendly though and I was happy with the overall results!
