As anticipated, I went back to BC last weekend for yet another wonderful massage with Elsa. She is amazing!
The only suggestion I have - and this is to the owner of BC - get proper cushions for head support during massage; that rolled towel is not enough.
Will be back soon.

I arrived at the venue for my 10am appointment to be greeted by the cleaner. Apparently as I had booked the evening before the staff didn't know there was an appointment. I was told to come back at 11.
The manicurist was nice and took his time and didn't rush me but the manicure it's self isn't very even, but it seems to be holding up ok.
When I went to pay I was asked for £30 then another staff member said I'd booked through Treatwell and the cost was £35.50. Interesting that it would have been cheaper to book directly!
