Although I had to wait 25mins past my appointment time I was pleased with the treatment is received. arrived on time to be told that they were fully booked and that treat well should not have booked me in. they called in another member of staff to do my treatment. had to wait 25mins and was worried I would miss my train. Seemed to be some miscommunication between treat well and the service.
