The salon is situated close to Victoria station. My infills were professionally and competently done. However it was embarrassing to be told in front of other customers that I could not have a loyalty card because I had booked through Treatwell; presumably because of the small discount given by booking on the Treatwell website. This does not encourage me to return to the salon or use the website!

Nails were really well done. However, there was only one member of staff working and he had to both answer the phone and do my nails.
