This was actually my first experience of getting my nails professionally done, so I was nervous about being able to communicate what I wanted done, and having heard many horror stories about professional extensions causing long term pain and I discomfort I was concerned that I would regret not just doing my nails myself as I normally do. However, I should not have worried at all, as I was truly blown away by my experience. The therapist put me at ease immediately, with a warm smile, asking me how my day was etc, and taking my suitcase somewhere safe, as I was travelling that day. When she was doing my full set, at every step she would ask me to look at my nails and say if I was happy with what she had done, or whether I would like any adjustments or something altogether different. I am so happy with the finished nails, she did exactly what I wanted :) they feel more comfortable than my bare nails, which I was not expecting! I will certainly be going back many times, as I have absolutely no complaints - just compliments! I am a very fussy customer normally, e.g. I have never been to the same hair salon twice, so I am so happy and surprised with my experience here :) recommend 100%!
