Very convenient location and efficient staff. Lashes done very well and are lasting longer than ones I've done at other places. I didn't realise the clear gel polish was not a manicure (e.g. Cuticles, massage etc) but just a polish. My fault not theirs!

Nice clean spa, small but with a good selection of services, and well located by Victoria. Friendly staff. My issue with waxing is double dipping - when the stick is dipped in wax, touches your skin, then the same stick goes back into the pot of wax. Still searching for a spa in London where there's no double dipping (this is a mega no-no in America for hygienic reasons)
