The espace is very nice but not relaxing with different types of loud music simultaneously coming from different sources. The appointment was supposed to take 70 min but they took teo hours b/c they did the pedicure first and manicure after instead of both at the same time - despite they were two different people. The pedicure was pretty disappointing. Weak massage and very little scrub. The manicure was ok although she did not paint the sides-tried to tell her twice and finally gave up. The only moment when I was enjoying the room with sunshine coming through, Anna, very rudely said she had to close the drapes. The only good was the manager who was trying offering drinks, magazines, etc.

Really accommodating for a last minute appointment. Was able to squeeze a shellac mani / pedi whilst I waited to collect my passport from the Passport Office!
