I booked another appointment here for a pedicure and manicure having had a good experience previously. I was given my appointment 30 minutes late which was really stressful as I had to go back to work. I was then given someone who was not a proper therapist at all (he couldn't use a nail file) until I waited for my therapist to become available for the pedicure treatment. I did not get a proper manicure with hand massage despite having paid for it. It was really quick and I was not even given moisturiser afterwards. Another customer had her hands massaged for ages and mine was just a quick file and gel polish. I specifically booked Nokie (who I had last time) and I did not get her for either treatment. Despite already being delayed, the lady doing my feet had to wait to access the plug for the ultraviolet machine as the customer next to us wouldn't let her use it! Completely bonkers. I then had to wait until the crazy customer had her pedicure finished before they could do the gel polish on my feet. This added further delay.
This was not a cheap treatment, I paid the same price that I would in Margaret Dabbs or another high end beauty salon and I did not get close to the level of service or treatment. Really very disappointing. I will not be going back. Anyone reading this, please spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth it.
