Cold room. Wasn't given towel/ sheet to cover myself during massage. Did not ask about pressure. Chosen therapist cancelled 2 hours before appointment and I do not think the woman was of the same level. Uncomfortable/painful rubbing over the top of my spine. She was very friendly however and offered me water after the treatment.
