A couple of delays whilst the man doing my nails had to take other bookings and then at the end when he moved to another customer before I was done, so I had to wait for another girl to come and paint them.

Unfortunately, although the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the shellac removal left my nails different shapes, with untidy edges, and after I washed my hands at home I found shellac stain/residue left on most of my nails which was disappointing.
