The service for my pedicure was fantastic but about the waxing wasn’t, I always do waxing and I have never have a problem with that but this time the girl told me is not posible and finish doing with threads and wasn’t done right the leave me with a lot of hair.

I arrived about 2 mins late for my appointment and the lady who did my lashes was on the phone for about 10 mins. She didn’t even apologise for starting my appointment late. Then she carried on talking in her own language on the phone while doing my treatment, very unprofessional. I told her I want the lashes to look natural but noticeable. You can hardly tell I had them done. Nobody even noticed the difference. I paid £115 and online it said it will last 90 mins but was done in about an hour and the lady didn’t know I paid in advance so wanted to charge me £90. So I overpaid £25! Normally I am very happy with the service here but this time I am quite disappointed. Not worth the value paid for
