Appointment was 15 mins late to start without anyone letting me know that this would be the case. Also this might just be me but I found the chemical nail salon smell very strong. Actual treatment was fine and the beautician I saw was apologetic for the late start.

Had a deep tissue massage and Indian head massage with Elsa- she was very welcoming, knowledgable and for my personal preference had applied enough pressure that I felt the massage really working. She also gave useful advice on avoiding back pain and I will definitely go back to her for a follow up!
