Result of my treatment was good, but the experience could’ve been improved. I was only 5 minutes early for my appointment, but no staff were there. When they did arrive, I wasn’t acknowledged for a while. Eventually I was and then received my treatment straight away. It felt a little rushed, but can’t complain about the result.

Had French manicure with them only three weeks ago. Had to pay for refill because the manicurist didn’t do a good job and my nails started to peel off. Now my nails look like I have potatoes, instead of French manicure. They are over filled, didn’t polish them properly, full of dark pink and light pink marks! HORRIBLE! On top everything both times I went there they changed my appointment hour at least 3 times in an hour. They have too many clients and try to do everybody in a hurry just get more money! Never going back there. Now I have to pay again to have them properly done!

The salon was busy and they’d double booked so I did have to wait quite a while but the treatment itself was great & the therapist was so lovely I’d definitely recommend this salon.
