Very quick service, which was great as I was on my lunch break. Was sat by the dryers and was not checked on to make sure the nails were dry. I had to go up to the desk and get another member of staff to check them.

I booked a gel powder infill and was shocked to be told if I wanted gel I'd have to pay £20 extra!?!? Surely a "GEL powder infill" would include GEL??? Hence my low ratings :( Having said that the lady who did my nails was amazing, very quick and did a fantastic job. Pity they charged me extra as I'd have been a regular client if I'd got what I booked for.
