Horrible, left half way through the manicure, the girl didn’t know how to deal with cuticles, which I could upload a picture of this mess... also they could not refund me a £45 shellac manicure and now I have to deal with Treatwell! The senior advisor was really good and fixed my broken toe but the girl dealing with the manicure really bad ...
