I went for the blackhead removal facial (45 min). The facialist made me feel comfortable and was very gentle with the removal. She also gave me a very nice neck and head massage while the face mask was setting which was a lovely surprise! I think this facial could be improved by dedicating some more time to the actual extraction though, as I think this was only 15 minutes at best and the rest was about cleaning the skin with cream, scrub, mask etc.
