It was my fault that I went to the wrong branch but I gave them my name and said I was there for a facial and was told to wait. 10 minutes in and I asked how long I needed to wait then I was told that they don't do facials and I am in the wrong branch. They could have told me that earlier without asking me to wait. I hurried over and they were nice and gave me the full hour facial. Lovely service but the lights in the room was too bright, would ask them to turn it down next time

It was a good treatment. I got what I expected, but nothing beyond that. There was also a bit of confusion and the therapists came and went a few times.

The standard of manicures and pedicures at this salon is always very high, with good attention paid to cuticles and nail shape, as well as varnish or gel. Probably the best I’ve ever had.
