I had booked with "Molly" but was seen by a man who did not do a good job at all. He filed the side of the nails so hard my skin is bleeding. Instead of speaking if he wanted me to turn my hands he was pushing and tapping my hands very rudely. No one checked whether the polish had tried properly by the time they said I could go. Cuticles weren't pushed back properly. No base coat used. Salon wasn't particularly busy but only some customers were offered a drink.
