Probably my best experience with a wax, extremely efficient yet very gentle therapist. The treatment room is spotless and the ambient music a nice touch. I was left confused though as we didn’t share the same understanding about what “Sack & Crack” means. The therapist ended the treatment without doing the area between the buttocks (ie the crack) so I had to ask her to come back and finish the job. The receptionist then told me that this was not included in the “sack & crack” service I had booked. They didn’t charge me extra though so all was well.
