I went to Belle Cour for the first time for a pedicure and I was impressed with the quality of service I received. My nail technician Rui did everything that was promised in package, including dead skin removal and a salt scrub application. She was also very thorough and listened to my preferences. I would 110% recommend this place to a friend and will be coming back again soon. Best value salon I have been to in the Victoria/Westminster area :)
