The massage itself, by Elsa, was very good. She gave helpful advice as she discovered various tight muscles. However, when I arrived on time for the appointment, I was told it wasn't in their system. I was then asked to wait over 30 mins for a masseuse to come from another site. Halfway through the massage, someone else came into the room (after calling out through the door multiple times) in order to grab various items from cabinets. Overall, the massage was very good. The experience however, especially at this price point, is disappointing.
