Was a bit disappointing if I'm honest. Ok for a last minute appointment, but they didn't appear to have seen the booking until I arrived, they weren't too enthusiastic, and they didn't use much/if any massage oil. There was no relaxing music and it all felt a bit like 'let's get this over with.' Pressure was occasionally a bit too firm. Wasn't a wholly comfortable experience, and have had better.

Was expecting more vel coming customer service considering nails extensions cost £36.. was done by one of Chinese girls that don't even say how are you. After she left me do wait till my nail polish get dry she started another client and I simply been siting on my own till I really saw nail polish is dry long time ago but nobody even bothers to put nail oil and say good bye. I left in very awkward way.

Brilliant service and result! Nice looking venue and friendly staff, my manicure is also fully intact after three days so I'm very hopeful that it will last for a long time. I will definitely come back!
