Very disappointing. A very nice looking salon, but the massage I booked was supposed to be bespoke/tailored to my needs and I wasn't asked a single question before the massage or told anything about what to expect. The massage was ok but felt hurried. It also abruptly finished after an hour and I'd booked an hour and a half. Confused, I got ready and at that point the therapist realised the mistake. I was told they would give me a card to come back for another half hour appointment. At reception they said they couldn't refund me there because I booked through Treatwell. An argument then started about how best to resolve the situation, so I just left. Appreciate things go wrong/mistakes happen but this was a really poor experience. I would very much like a refund. At least for the difference in time vs what I paid for.

such a lovely salon. I had an express mani as I had limited time during my lunch break and it was perfect. the manicure was great and the staff were so friendly. such good value for money!

Got there and they immediately took me, no wait! I liked the bright openness of the venue and felt immediately relaxed upon entering. I've paid way more for a gel manicure before, but this one beat the more expensive ones. They had a great selection of colors and did a great job. Great value.
