Place is clean and tidy, and staff were efficient and helpful when I asked if I could bring my appt forward and add in 1/2 leg wax too. I was disappointed with the waxing though, seems more extended bikini than Brazilian, plus it's expensive. Also had mani pedi with shellac. More impressed with that. The staff friendly and clean /tidy/comfortable space, lots of colours to chose from. But i think it's expensive. For nails, this place is good for a treat, not somewhere where I can afford to go regularly which is a same as I work really close by!

The person who did my waxing wasn't great at all. I would definitely recommend going to their Victoria branch as the waxing is amazing there.
