good
Excellent treatment
Always friendly and reliable and never rushed. I paid an extra £10 at the venue to get a lovely foot and leg massage
Beautiful salon and great manicure. Will be back.
I've been to belle cour for multiple treatments with them. The first time I was very disappointed. The bio sculpture gel pedicure was extremely lumpy (more than usual), and started to peel off right away. So I went back and complained they offered to redo my nails and cover the cost. They ended up talking me into doing an SNS treatment with a girl there. I loved the results and left happy. I came back two weeks later to get the SNS treatment done. Sadly, I had never got the name of the girl that had done them the first time, and they were done by someone else. The girl clearly had never done SNS before, and made the nails incredibly thick. I asked her to file them down, which she did a bit, and it kept coming off in chunks because she didn't do the process properly. They were completely unacceptable so she was forced to remove it entirely and restart. Still, the nails were not up to standard and I was left unhappy again. I came back with the intention of seeing the first girl. Sadly, I think she was only temporary, because I have yet to see her again at the salon. I went on vacation, got bio sculpture gel done abroad (which turned out incredible), and came back to London. I needed my nails done again so I came to belle cour, seeing as how they are one of the only salons in the city to do bio sculpture. The girl removed my bio gel and redid in a new colour. Once again, I believe she had no idea what she was doing because it took 2 whole hours!!!! And the results are incredibly lumpy and bumpy, uneven along the sides, and files to a weird shape. I'm honestly not one to leave reviews, but I genuinely think that the consistent amount of unsatisfactory treatments is unacceptable. They need to train their staff, they can't just throw whoever into a treatment that has no training. I've wasted a lot of money here. The girls all stand in a circle and talk in their language while clients wait. It's rude, and it is an ill run salon. The only good thing I can say is that their pedicures are o.k. But they didn't remove the callouses from my feet properly. Oh, and they put the television on which is good entertainment.
