l loved the nails but unfortunately found the technician quite unfriendly, he zoned out a few times and took off a large chunk of delicate cuticle down the length of my nail. Without word, apology or explanation soaked a cotton ball in alcohol and applied to finger to stop it bleeding. This was actually really painful and would have expected him to ask permission or at least some kind of warning. He also didn't explain he had finished or that he wanted me to wait for my nails to dry and just walked off and straight out of the shop on his break without saying anything. Nails look good but I'll probably buy the colour online and go somewhere else. not what I expected for this price.
