Tbh, didn’t do my research properly so experience didn’t match my expectations. Thought my reflexology treatment would have a consult beforehand and be in a private room but it was in the main shop which is a bright goldfish bowl with music playing on a flat screen tv. Appreciate that’s great for a mani-pedi but not for a massage treatment. Can’t fault the staff tho, who were very friendly and Lulu’s massage properly did the job and alleviated tension. Just not the relaxing experience I was hoping for
