Overall great experience at this beauty salon. It’s open until late and staff is very helpful and polite. They give enough time to each treatment and are very detailed especially for manicure, pedicure. Ambience and space is also perfect i.e. space is designed for the treatments offered - so much better than other basement and makeshift, tiny space salons in the vicinity (in Westminster). Only complaint body wax takes too long and is a little more painful than other places and face wax prices are extremely high! But for the good experience I found it worth paying more.

The actual manicurist was exceptionally talented and nice, however, the receptionist (Sou, I think), is the most condescending and rude man I have ever encountered.
