I had booked with a specific nail technician, but when I got to the salon she wasn't available. However, the technician that did assist me and the overall manicure was good.

All was fine except, they illegally charge a fee for card payment for transactions at/above £5. They’re not allowed to do this under EU law. Sounds fishy to me.
