Great salon, everyone apart from the male manicurist is nice. He is so rude, blunt and grumpy. He cut my cuticle to the point it was bleeding (I even understand that might happen sometimes) but he didn’t apologise once & was so heavy handed when applying the alcohol. AVOID him !! - all the other ladies are lovely.

I love the salon. Every treatment I've had has been really thorough and done really well.
The only improvement I'd like to see is with the online booking system. It's not clear what treatments are available and what they include. For example, it took me ages to find a gel pedicure on the website and then when I got to the salon I had to pay an extra £5 for gel removal which wasn't clear at the time of booking.
