I love the salon. Every treatment I've had has been really thorough and done really well. The only improvement I'd like to see is with the online booking system. It's not clear what treatments are available and what they include. For example, it took me ages to find a gel pedicure on the website and then when I got to the salon I had to pay an extra £5 for gel removal which wasn't clear at the time of booking.

Cheap quality gel nails didn’t even last 5 days! Bad customer service experience too avoid it at all cost please, will never come back again.
