Professional and lovely.
I had my nails and eyebrows threading done. Yuki did an amazing job. She was very thorough and my nails and eyebrows look great now. Everything is done in agreement with gov COVID 19 rules.
Please, be aware there is an extra charge for PPE for the clients (£3).

Really lovely staff and wonderful, clean atmosphere. I loved my manicure and pedicure and will most likely visit again.
A little heads up however that at the moment there is an additional £3 charge for PPE in the salon which didn't seem to be an option and came as a bit of a surprise. As I booked via Treatwell there was no way to know beforehand. I was okay to pay it as the overall experience was great, but I'm also conscious that this may be an issue for others.

I had a terrible experience with the quality of the gel infill. Booked online then had to pay £23 extra for gel colour and PPE.
Two days later the paint on my nails started chipping and looking terrible. So I went back to redo them but they were only filed down and then repainted... 3 days later they look like they have been on my nails for 3 weeks!! I’ve now had to go to a new salon and pay another £100 for a new set of gel nails. Highly unimpressed and have been to many salons in London.
