Mini wasn't there so another lady did the massage, Noki. She was lovely and tried her best but she was sent from another branch was late. The massage room wasn't ready. I had to help to try to adjust the massage table which neither of us were able to do so we went to a different room. The other room was very small and impractical so the masseuse kept bumping me throughout the massage. Most uncomfortable was that she openedand left open the door mid massage while talking to a colleague.
The salon provided PPE and had screens as extra precautions. The girls were also wearing PPE so it felt very safe. Rui was amazing! I came in with quite honestly rough hands and feet that were in severe need of care (thanks lockdown) and she was so thorough, took the time she needed to and even guided me about suitable colours. All while being really personable. It was my first time here and I'd 100% recommend it.
