I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m so upset right now… The atmosphere and cleanliness is superb. But.. The beautician did just half of the job and said the rest is not included in the treatment I paid for. I was willing to pay extra but she didn’t give me this option. She left chunky bits of wax stuck to surrounding hair and skin. Usually Hollywood wax includes the front and the back (everywhere else), but she left the back. Had to go to a different place to finish what she started.

Loved my hands and nails after the treatment! They were very neatly done and the colour is great. Yuki was very precise during the application, would definitely recommend!
