I pre-paid for the ‘shellac manicure with free removal’ but on arrival was told that the removal was not for shellac removal and that I would have to pay more. I said this was very misleading but they insisted I had to pay & the atmosphere turned very sour. My manicurist also killed a fly with the emery board she was using on my nails & left it there dead next to my hands & carried on. Never again!!!
