One of my favourite nail salons in London, extremely professional and polite. Watched them deal with a difficult customer today (who May have left a review below!) and they were calm and collected, apologetic. They’re skilled and timely, would highly recommend!!

Shocking service. I was overcharged and told I would need to wait an hour after my appointment time to be taken.
A disgusting way to treat a client who has spent over £150 in your salon in the last 5 weeks.

Very beautiful salon, staff are really friendly. Manicure was pretty good but one of my nails smudged unfortunately, as soon as they realised they were more than happy to correct this, so overall I'm happy and would deffo recommend.
