Despite me asking to not cut much length off, my nails were cut very short. On top of this, when cutting my cuticles the staff member was very rough - leaving two of my cuticles cut, bleeding and very painful. I was not offered any compensation, despite my poor experience.

My experience has been Very good at Belle Ame, the staff was very nice, trying to make you feel comfortable all the time. I’m also very happy with the result, anyway I did not understand what includes in each service, for example if normal manicure includes cut, file, remove cuticles etc. I’ll come back again for sure :)
