First time to BA and first time getting my nails done post lockdown. All the staff had masks and my pedi was gentle, thorough and meticulous. The leg and foot massage was done patiently and surprisingly tender! What a nice surprise. Only bit is that the fire alarm kept going off and there was a bit of ongoing noise that they were trying to sort. Otherwise a v serene experience.

Really love coming here. The staff is great, I like the atmosphere and the space is big enough to not feel stressed with Covid-19 issues.
I had an injury on my foot, and David was SO careful to not hurt me / but still give me an amazing pedicure.
