Kim listened to what I asked for and was very gentle with my cuticles. Chilled atmosphere where I didn't feel rushed/pressured to make a decision about colours etc. Tools sanitised & Covid safety precautions in place.

Always love it here, I've been a customer since the salon opened. The staff run the salon with impressive knowledge and calm attentiveness. The salon itself is impeccably clean and very beautiful, and the TV / music is a welcome distraction during long nail sessions. My nails always look fabulous and the polish lasts for ages. I'm a very happy customer and so glad that Belle Ame exists. Also, a glass of Champagne, if you can find a way to hold it!! ;) is a lovely and very welcome treat
