I gave five stars cause they are really competent and they deserve five stars. However, it should be noted that even if you have an appointment you usually have to wait 10/15 minutes before being served, which I do not appreciate cause people schedules can be tight.

Always a great experience at Belle Ame - everyone is absolutely lovely and I always come out feeling pampered. My only negative is the music videos they play. Wish it was something more relaxing rather than lots of women's bodies in swimsuits. I just don't want to see it! :-)
