Punam was courteous.
However I felt the need to write this review because I've started having a pink eye from the next day. As someone who's had extensions done monthly, I never had a pink eye. I have conjunctivitis in my left eye at the moment. I thought it was bizarre to rest my head on the dirty-looking fabric head rest with no cover/sheet over it. I do not think it was the most hygienic treatment bed.
First time at this place. Results look good but I won't return to risk another pink eye.

I had my eyebrows tinted and the therapist tinted one darker than the other- I pointed it out at the end of my treatment but she said it was just 'shadow' and made me feel a bit silly for suggesting it, but then when I asked friends they all agreed that one eyebrow was clearly darker than the other. 2 days later I am still having to pencil one to make it match the other so I'm not happy!!
