Disappointed in the poor service and unhelpful staff.
However, the nails are done nicely.
If you are looking to relax and chill while getting your nails done, this is not the place. They are in hurry and just want to finish asap. Staff wouldn't help when you are difficulties choosing the right colours/style.
If you just want a quick fix of nice looking nails, this is the place, with an affordable price. They are efficient.

My eyebrow tint and threading was an efficient and great experience. Punam is welcoming, attentive and puts you at ease straight away. She is excellent at listening to what you want and will give suggestions where needed. The treatment provided does not feel rushed at all, especially with the soothing head massage while the dye is on. The appointment starts on time and there isn't a long wait.
I would recommend Punam for eyebrow treatments without hesitation.
