I was disappointed with my appt. In short:
-They claimed on Treatwell I did not turn up for my appt when in fact i was 5 mins early
-They didn't provide me with the person requested for my mani & pedi (probably to accommodate another client)
-The big two toes were painted so thick by the male staff member and had to be rectified by another member of staff (female). Kudos to her for spotting this and fixing it.
-There was a comm error (language barrier)
-Not sure if i will be back :-(
