I returned for a pedicure after not visiting for some time. During the treatment, my little toe was cut and started bleeding. The technician applied antiseptic, but by the end of the treatment there was a dark blood mark and my toe was painful. When I raised it, he denied causing it and said it was already there, which was simply not true. I didn't want to argue, so I left, but I was extremely upset and worried about the risk of infection. A very disappointing experience.
