I have used this salon many times with success, but this was inadequate. I booked a 1 hour manicure/pedicure. Lisa did not fully remove the existing clear polish and was dismissive when I pointed this out. She then clipped my nails very short. I was upset and I felt I didn't want to have them painted a col to draw attention to them. When I complained, another colleague was consulted and just shrugged. I left on the hour without any polish. I have complained by email twice and received no reply.
